Direct Drive Digital was founded in January 2006 in Aurora, IL about 40 miles outside of Chicago. Seeing the need to revive the slumping House Music seen in Chicago, Direct Drive Digital goal was to reignite the Chicago House Music seen.

Direct Drive Digital is now going into its 3rd year of operation and has  spawned a plethora of sub labels including, Andromeda Recordings, Direct Drive Digital, Europe & Los Angeles, Dirty Drumz Digital, Jigsaw Recordings, Peak Hour Music, Prompt Digital, Trebol Records to name a few.

With almost 100 release under our belt and major distribution, aggressive viral marketing, clean uncompromising branding format, a proven release track record and a methodical work ethic.

There seems to be no end as to what Direct Drive Digital can accomplish. Selling in every major store and mobile outlets DDD has yet to see a competitor rise up out of Chicago.

This is because Direct Drive Digital is a young talented label with its ear fixed firmly on 2 areas of House music that matter most, one ear in the club, the other ear in the streets. Always looking for the freshest innovative producers and talent that house music has to offer. DDD, has a unique advantage over the competition by never losing site of what the house music was built on, expression. This label will bring ever form of house you can think of from down and dirty Chicago house to the world renowned sound of Trance, Tribal, and Electro. this labels mission is to take you from the era of Direct Drive turntables and music's past to the Direct Drive Digital age of the future.
